Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

The total delivery time for your order is the period from the moment you place the order until the moment you receive it.

It usually takes about 4-6 weeks, depending on artist availability and painting complexity.

Total delivery time consists of two parts - processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time

The processing time for a painting is the period between the order being placed and the painting leaving the studio.

The processing stage begins as soon as payment is received, which includes the time it takes to process your order, and the painting process; including drying.

This processing time typically takes 2 weeks to complete, but can take up to 4 weeks, depending on artist availability and painting complexity. Very large or complex paintings and orders can take up to 8 weeks to complete.

Note: Oil paint is a type of slow-drying paint that consists of pigment particles suspended in a drying oil. The speed at which the oil dries largely depends on humidity and weather changes. Your painting will be painted with several layers of oil paint, and each layer must dry before the next can be applied. As it is impossible to predict weather conditions and the speed at which the oil will dry, it is impossible to accurately predict when the painting will be dry enough to be shipped.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is from the moment the product leaves the studio until it arrives at your door. Paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Shipping is international.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so you can check the delivery status online.

Carrier

We work with reliable carriers to offer you free and fast shipping. The main carriers we work with are Fedex and DHL.

We offer after-sales support via WhatsApp, where we will keep in touch with you, quickly and practically, until the delivery of your painting and total satisfaction.
